Communora360
This page is for the Communora360 app by EBITS (EBITS Co. Limited), the member portal and the USSD service.
How to ask
- Enter the phone number on your Communora360 account in the form above.
- We send a code to that phone by SMS. Enter it to confirm that the account is yours.
- Your request is recorded and you get a reference by SMS.
In recent versions of the app you can also start this under Profile. You do not need the app to use this page.
We complete requests within 30 days and send you an SMS when it is done. If you are a member of more than one organisation on Communora360 with the same phone number, the request covers all of them.
What is deleted
- your sign-in details: password, two-step verification and recovery codes;
- your signed-in devices and notification tokens, your notifications and notification choices, and your privacy choices;
- your member record and the activity linked to it (profile details, quiz answers and scores, awards, event registrations and badges), which we delete or anonymise together with your organisation;
- the details of your welfare claims (who and what they were about, notes) and the evidence documents you or your organisation sent, which are deleted;
- the purpose you gave for a loan, and the lines of any spreadsheet your organisation imported your payments from.
What is kept, and why
- Payment and receipt records are kept for 5 years as financial records required by law, with your contact details removed where the law allows.
- The figures of welfare benefits and loans (amounts, dates, repayments and references) are kept for the same reason. Deleting your account does not cancel a loan you still owe, or a guarantee you gave for someone else's loan: your organisation keeps what it needs for those, under its own rules.
- Anonymous election ballots are kept with the election's results. They were never linked to you.
- A record of your deletion request and security records, as long as needed to show the request was handled and to prevent fraud.
Your organisation may also be required to keep some membership records under its own rules or the law; if so, we tell you when we confirm.
