Communora360

These terms apply when you use Communora360: the mobile app for Android and iPhone, the member portal and staff website at communora360.com, and the USSD service. Communora360 is provided by EBITS Co. Limited ("EBITS", "we") to organisations, which use it to serve their members. By signing in or using Communora360, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
1. Your organisation and EBITS
Your account exists because your organisation added you as a member or as staff. Your organisation decides its membership, the dues and fees you pay, its events, quizzes and awards, and the rules of its elections; questions about those go to your organisation first. EBITS provides and runs the service.
2. Your account
- Sign in only to your own account, and keep your sign-in codes, password and recovery codes to yourself. EBITS will never ask you for them.
- Tell your organisation or us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- Keep your phone number correct with your organisation: sign-in codes and receipts are sent to it.
3. Using Communora360 properly
You agree not to:
- pretend to be someone else, or use another person's account, phone number or Mobile Money account without permission;
- try to vote more than once, influence another member's vote, or get around the rules of an election or quiz;
- attack, overload, probe or copy the service, or get around its security or limits;
- upload or send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts members, organisations or the service at risk.
4. Payments
- Payments are made by Mobile Money and processed by Hubtel or Moolre for your organisation. The money goes to your organisation, which sets the amounts.
- You approve each payment on your own phone. Check the amount and what it is for before you approve.
- A receipt is issued when the payment is confirmed. If money left your account but no receipt appeared, contact support with the date, amount and reference; most delays are resolved automatically within a few hours.
- Refunds are decided by your organisation, according to its own rules.
5. Welfare and loans
- Your organisation runs its own welfare and loan schemes: it sets the benefits, the rules, the interest and the repayments, and its staff decide claims and loans. EBITS provides the system and is not the lender, insurer or fund manager.
- Loans are offered on the member portal and by USSD, not in the mobile app.
- Give true information, and send only genuine documents as evidence. Your organisation may refuse or recover a benefit or loan obtained with false information.
- If you guarantee a loan, you agree to stand behind the part you accepted under your organisation's rules. Read what you are asked to guarantee before you agree.
- Repayments, arrears, penalties and write-offs are decided by your organisation under its rules; questions about them go to your organisation first.
6. Elections
Ballots are secret (see the privacy policy). Results are published as your organisation decides. Disputes about eligibility, candidates or results are handled by your organisation under its own rules.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Communora360 available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a mobile network or payment provider is down. We may improve or change features. Older versions of the app may need to be updated to keep working.
8. Intellectual property
Communora360, its design and its software belong to EBITS. Your organisation's name, logo and content belong to your organisation. You may use Communora360 only to take part in your organisation's activities.
9. Responsibility
Communora360 is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, EBITS is not responsible for losses caused by your organisation's decisions, by mobile networks or payment providers, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of Ghana that cannot be limited.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using Communora360 at any time and ask us to delete your account on the account deletion page. Your access also ends if your organisation removes you or stops using Communora360.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
