The problem

What gets in the way today

Member lists in several files

Registration forms, renewal lists and payment records live in different spreadsheets, so nobody is sure which one is current.

“Who is in good standing?” takes days

Before an AGM or an election the secretariat checks payments by hand, member by member.

Certificates and cards by hand

CPD certificates and membership cards are typed one by one, and nobody can easily check whether one is genuine.

What Communora360 does

Capabilities

Online registration and approval

Applicants register on your public page; your team reviews and approves each application.

Annual dues by category

Dues set per membership category, a renewal page for members, and a dues and renewals standing for the secretariat.

Membership cards with a QR code

Cards your team prints or sends by SMS link; the QR code checks the membership live.

CPD points and certificates

Points recorded per event and certificates with a QR code anyone can verify. This is a record, not an accreditation.

Events and badges

Invitations, online registration with fees by Mobile Money, badges with QR codes and check-in at the door.

AGM elections

A controlled electorate, voting on the web, the app or by USSD, and results sealed until an electoral commissioner releases them.

Clean imports

Import your Excel or CSV list, including exports from Google Forms, ODK and KoBo. Rows that need fixing are shown with the reason.

Society reports

Titles, categories, cadres, specialties and regions in lists you can change, with reports to print, save as PDF or open in Excel.

Benefits

What changes for your organisation

  • One register with a Member ID for every member
  • Dues standing you can see before every AGM
  • Members renew and pay themselves by Mobile Money or USSD
  • Certificates and cards that can be checked
  • Each officer sees only what their role allows

Illustrative workflow

How it can work

  1. 1

    Apply

A professional applies on your registration page and chooses a category.

  2. 2

    Approve

Your team checks the application; the member gets a Member ID.

  3. 3

    Pay dues

The member pays annual dues by Mobile Money or USSD and gets an SMS receipt.

  4. 4

    Take part

Card, events, CPD certificates and, when voting opens, the AGM ballot.

An example only: your steps follow your own rules and the modules switched on.

Questions

Professional bodies: common questions

Can the secretariat keep the society's accounts here?

Yes, with the optional Accounts module: dues and every other payment go into the books automatically, expenses are approved by other officers, and the receipts and payments account is ready for the AGM.

Can members register and renew online?

Yes. Applicants register on your public registration page and your team approves them. Members renew on the renewal page and pay their annual dues by Mobile Money, or by dialling the USSD code.

Are CPD certificates accredited by Communora360?

No. Communora360 records the points your society awards and produces certificates with a QR code that anyone can check. Accreditation remains your society’s or your regulator’s decision.

Can we bring our existing member list?

Yes. Import it from Excel or CSV, including exports from Google Forms, ODK and KoBo. Each member needs a Ghana phone number and a unique Member ID; rows without a valid phone number are listed with the reason.

Who decides who may vote at the AGM?

Your rules do. Your electoral commissioner sets the electorate (for example members in good standing) before voting opens, and results stay sealed until they are released.
