Signing in

Members

  1. First time, or forgot your password? Get a sign-in code by SMS on the phone number your organisation has for you.
  2. Enter the code, then choose a password.
  3. Next time, open Member Login and sign in with your phone number and that password, or use the Communora360 app.

If your number is not recognised, ask your organisation to check your member record. We cannot look up memberships for you here.

Organisation teams

  1. Open Log In and sign in with your email address or phone number and your password.
  2. Forgot it? Choose Forgot password?: a temporary password is sent by SMS to the phone on your account. Use it within 30 minutes, then choose a new password.
  3. New team member? Sign in with the email address and first password your administrator gave you. You will be asked to choose your own password straight away.

Keep your codes to yourself. EBITS and your organisation will never ask for your password, your sign-in code or your Mobile Money PIN. You only enter your PIN on your own phone, in the Mobile Money prompt.
